Trouble logging into email 

I'm having trouble logging in to my email. Why won't it accept my password?

The most common problem is having the cap locks button ON when typing in your password. Make sure the cap locks is OFF. Remember, your password is case sensitive. Make sure you are using the correct username for your account. This is your full email address, 'username'@sisqtel.net. If you have forgotten your password, please call the main office during business hours at 1-530-467-6000 or 1-866-467-6001 (toll-free).
