IT Specialists are responsible for:
Customer service in a kind, respectful, knowledgeable way. Able to convey technical information in an easy to understand technique.
Installation, configuration, and support of our local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet Service Provider network (ISP).
Helps with the installation and maintenance of computers and end user hardware and software.
Conduct security and vulnerability scans and audits for all networks and devices.
Maintain company Internet & Intranet site(s) as needed.

Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
OSI network model knowledge with IPv4 and IPv6 experience
Expert knowledge of general IP routing, networking, and security
Strong knowledge of ALL Microsoft OS and server versions
Strong knowledge of Apple OS, Android, Linux; preferred but not required
Strong to expert knowledge of Wi-Fi networking
Strong knowledge of VoIP
Strong network and OS diagnostic/troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Cisco, Adtran, Ubiquity, cabling, fiber optics: desired
Eager to learn new technologies!
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years, computer/network installation and maintenance. CCNA certification or knowledge equivalent.
