Affordable Connectivity Program Update:

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) will stop accepting new applications and enrollments on February 7, 2024. All applications must be approved and enrolled with a service provider by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 7th to receive the ACP benefit.

Consumer Complaint Process

If you have difficulty enrolling in ACP with Siskiyou Telephone or have an issue with an ACP-supported service, please make initial contact with Customer Service at 1-530-467-6000 or 1-866-467-6001 (toll-free). We will try to resolve the issue for you and inform you of your right to file a complaint with the FCC.

*Only one monthly service discount and one device discount is allowed per household. To qualify for the device discount, customer must be approved for the ACP and an active sisqtel.net subscriber. Some restrictions may apply. Offer limited to availability.

Annual Recertification

Every year, USAC will check to confirm you still qualify for the benefit. This process is called recertification. USAC conducted ACP recertification began in August 2022. Should USAC contact you about recertification, you are required to timely respond to any notifications about the need to recertify your eligibility.
