Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team who is genuinely excited to help our customers. The ideal candidate would possess patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and manage time effectively and will have worked in a customer support role. They must also have a willingness to learn and understand our company’s products and services as a growing telecommunications company in an ever-changing industry.
Essential Job Functions:
Greet customers in the lobby
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customer needs
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
Account and service order processing
Answer billing inquiries
Sales of services and equipment
Troubleshoot technical difficulties
Payment processing
Balance cash drawer
Filing and scanning documents
Sort mail
Preferred Candidates will:
Have worked with computers
Have experience with spreadsheets and word processing
Have performed troubleshooting on email, home wireless and computers
Other Related Job Functions:
Assist and support other departments as needed
Other job duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent
Skills and Abilities:
Adapt to changes in procedures and responsibilities
Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding customer and company information
Learn company software applications
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $18-$35 per hour
