Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team who is genuinely excited to help our customers. The ideal candidate would possess patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and manage time effectively and will have worked in a customer support role. They must also have a willingness to learn and understand our company’s products and services as a growing telecommunications company in an ever-changing industry. 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Greet customers in the lobby

• Manage incoming phone calls

• Identify and assess customer needs

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions

• Account and service order processing

• Answer billing inquiries

• Sales of services and equipment

• Troubleshoot technical difficulties

• Payment processing

• Balance cash drawer

• Filing and scanning documents

• Sort mail 

Preferred Candidates will:

• Have worked with computers

• Have experience with spreadsheets and word processing 

• Have performed troubleshooting on email, home wireless and computers

Other Related Job Functions: 

• Assist and support other departments as needed

• Other job duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications: 

• High school graduate or equivalent

Skills and Abilities: 

• Adapt to changes in procedures and responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality regarding customer and company information

• Learn company software applications

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
