Every year, USAC will check to confirm you still qualify for the benefit. This process is called recertification. USAC conducted ACP recertification began in August 2022. Should USAC contact you about recertification, you are required to timely respond to any notifications about the need to recertify your eligibility. For more information on recertification:

Up to a $30/month discount on your internet service
Up to a $75/month discount if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands

Consumer Complaint Process
If you have difficulty enrolling in ACP with Siskiyou Telephone or have an issue with an ACP-supported service, please make initial contact with Customer Service at 1-530-467-6000 or 1-866-467-6001 (toll-free). We will try to resolve the issue for you and inform you of your right to file a complaint with the FCC.
