Effective January 17, 2021, Siskiyou Telephone will implement a moratorium on disconnection for non-payment and late payment fees for telephone service during the Governor’s declared state of emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. This moratorium has been implemented per CPUC Resolution No. M-4848. It will last for 90 days from the effective date unless the Executive Director authorizes one or more extensions not to exceed an additional 90 days. The moratorium does not relieve customers of their financial obligations. |
